Forgive and Take (mindfulness post for 2/2/17)
Through forgiveness, we learn to let go. The people who negatively impact our lives can take more from us through our inability to forgive. Forgiveness is more than an act of compassion toward others, it is a freeing of our own souls from the torment of thought. In letting go, we express the idea that our pain is not as important as our gratitude for this life we were given.
